Shipping & Returns
According to current laws and regulations, customers can request a return or replacement of products, provided that the product has functional defects, manufacturing defects, or incorrect product descriptions. It should be clarified that if the product does not meet the customer's taste or is incompatible with the customer, then changes or returns are not applicable. To apply for a replacement or return of a product, a request must be made within 7 calendar days of receiving the product. In addition, the following conditions must be met:
This product is not allowed to be used. The product must include all unused accessories.
For products returned due to warranty, we will first provide you with a report confirming that the product has not been abused and that the malfunction was caused by dry products. We will apply the warranty.
If the product does not have the defects described by the customer, or if the defects are proven to be mishandled, the warranty will not apply and corresponding repair, storage, and/or transportation costs may be charged to the customer. These fees will be notified in advance upon receipt of the product.
