1、Shipping Policy

Shipping the products has a cost, which varies according to the shipping company selected, the city, the type of service, among others. Also, the dimensions and weights of the products will determine the final cost of shipping. Company love assumes no liability if the shipping cost calculation varies without notice. For orders whose shipment is payable, any liability in the calculation of the cost of the service is excluded, which for all purposes is only reference.

2、Guarantee Policies

Company love guarantees the correct operation of all products marketed for a period of 1 year from the date of purchase. If the product presents any defect within the first 7 (seven) working days counted from the date of purchase, this can be claimed directly to our support, along with the ticket or invoice. 3、Changes and Returns

4.In the event that the product does not present the defect described by the customer or in its defect it is proved that there was a mishandling of it, the warranty will not apply and the customer may be charged the respective costs for revision, storage and / or transport. These costs will be reported in advance upon receipt of the product.
